Science Camp Counselor Application

Welcome to the 2025 Science Camp Counselor application! Please read this entire page fully to ensure that you submit a complete application.  Once you are accepted to be a counselor, move to the required forms page to complete your registration for camp! 

Step 1

Print out the following form and have all of your teachers, your guidance counselor, and your parent(s) sign off to approve your application.  Send a photo or scan of the completed form to nelgersma@inyocoe.org.  Applications submitted without a permission to apply form will not be active until the permission to apply form is turned in. 

Step 2

Complete the following Google form application. Please use complete sentences and punctuation.

Step 3

If you do not get a phone call and you submitted a complete application INCLUDING the permission to apply form, please email nelgersma@inyocoe.org.

Step 4

After successful completion of the above steps, you will receive an email welcoming you to be a camp counselor this year! If you do not receive a welcome to camp email, there are a few things that could have gone wrong: you may not be old enough, you may have not gotten all of the signatures needed for your permission to apply, you may have too many absences at your school, your application was incomplete, or you were unable to complete your phone interview. Celebrate! You're going to camp! Counselor training is TBA -- mark your calendar! This day is mandatory for all counselors.
