Spring has Sprung! Soak up some sun! (but use sunscreen :)
Hi! I'm Lynne Zoulek. I am thrilled to be the School Counselor for the 7-12 grades at Regina Jr./Sr. High School. I joined the Regina staff in July of 2014.
Prior to my work at Regina, I was a counselor at Davenport Assumption High School. I also worked for 9 years as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist for 5 school districts (Keota, Pekin, Sigourney, Tri-County and Washington) and a community agency in Northeast Iowa before getting my school counselor's license. While I am a product of a Southeast Minnesota farm upbringing, I've been an Iowa girl ever since college.
My husband, Tom, and I live outside of West Branch and have two children, Josh and Morgan.
I work with students, parents and staff to support academic achievement of all Regina students. I support students through academic, career, and personal/social support. My specialty is developing 4-year plans for academic success and discussing college and career options.
Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.

Hello! I am Tyson Wirth and I am delighted to have joined the Regina 7th-12th grade team before the 2023-24 school year.
Before joining Regina, I worked in several roles over 7+ years for the youth mentoring organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County. Prior to that, I was a classroom teacher for a few years in Schaumburg, Illinois, and was able to teach English for six months in Taiwan. I also have experience facilitating brain-based summer camps (SuperCamp) for junior high and high school students.
I earned my Master's in Professional School Counseling through Buena Vista University. I graduated with a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Iowa.
I am grateful to be married to my wonderful wife (pronounced We-in) and to have the world's cutest baby girl, Gloria. To relax I enjoy watching or playing sports (go Cubs and Hawks!), reading, and spending time with loved ones.
As a member of the American School Counselors Association (ASCA), my professional focus is on helping students grow socially-emotionally, academically, and through mindsets and behaviors that will benefit their postsecondary plans. I am here for you, and look forward to working with you!
