Our school has received European funding to support the mobility of staff and students at other educational institutions within the European Union. This opportunity is allowing us to further strengthen the initiatives we have implemented over the years to foster a spirit of internationalization within our institution.
Our school counts five kindergartens, four primary schools and two lower secondary schools, for a total of about 1.400 students. Our aim is to allow all our community to be a part of this experience.
Students: Five primary school students and five secondary school students, accompanied by three teachers for each group, will engage in the unique experience of immersing themselves in a new culture.
Teachers: Twenty teachers from all three school levels will have the opportunity to take part in job shadowing activities or participate in direct training courses aimed at developing linguistic and methodological skills in a stimulating, cutting-edge environments.
With the Erasmus+ project, we aim to:
develop digital skills and proficiency in using new teaching methodologies;
learn and implement best practices in early childhood education and care;
innovate and enhance the teaching and learning of foreign languages.
The activities we will implement are specifically aimed at:
developing the concept of active citizenship by fostering an understanding of diverse cultural contexts and encouraging cooperation between groups, where cultural diversity becomes a strength;
acquiring and experimenting with new inclusive teaching methodologies and approaches;
improving the language skills of both teachers and students.
