After getting your photos copied to your computer, find them and select the foreground (with subject & frame) and your background (no subject or frame). Drag them both to the Photoshop icon.
With your frame tab open, go to Select - All
Once selected, Copy the image. Select the tab with your background photo and Paste your frame photo to it
Next we will use a new tool called the Polygonal Lasso (click and hold on your Lasso). This tool makes perfectly straight lines for your selection. Because the frame has straight lines this tool is perfect.
Zoom in on your photo (command +) and click in one corner of your frame, continue clicking in each of the four corners of the frame to make the selection.
Once everything is selected, hit delete on your keyboard. You can then deselect.
As you can see in the photo below, I didn't quite get everything out of the frame (by my neck). Simply repeat the steps above to reselect the interior of the frame and delete. If your fingers are on the inside of the frame, start with the polygonal lasso, go all the way around the frame and use one of your other selection tools to deselect the fingers inside the frame.

Save your images as:
"1 Name Frame1"
"1 Name Frame2"
"1 Name Frame3"
"1 Name Frame4"
You can see the entire process in the video below. If your tripod moved or your background and foreground colors do not match, I will show you how to fix them on Monday. Have Fun!
