With the new frame created, show your next layer
Continue this process until you have all your fames and layers showing. (Add Frame, Show Next Layer)
Next we need to get the speed to display correctly, Click on your First frame, hold Shift and click on your Last frame. This should highlight all your frames.
Click on the down arrow on any of the frames next to 0 sec. Change the duration to .1 or .2 or however long you want your frames to play for.
