Send an email to registrar@iacademy.edu.ph together with scanned or picture of your any valid ID. RO staff will assist you.
To file for withdrawal/LOA, kindly submit the following documents.
1. Letter from parent/guardian stating the reason for withdrawal/LOA with their signature.
2. Photo of the parent/guardian's valid ID.
Please send an email to registrar@iacademy.edu.ph together with the copy of any valid ID and the purpose of request. Processing of 5 to 7 working days. Students can request for Copy of Grades, Certificattions, certified true copy of RF, etc.
Email registrar@iacademy.edu.ph for your requested documents and it's purpose. Then, wait for the response of RO as we will check your records before you can proceed to your request.
Email registrar@iacademy.edu.ph to check if the student has any unclaimed document. RO will endorse them also to the Alumni Relations Office

Leave of Absence/Withdrawal clearance will be received once the Registrar's Office received the student's or parent's email and/or Letter of intent to file for Leave of Absence/Withdrawal.
No, your iSIMS account and other school accounts are deactivated if your currently not enrolled. However it may be reactivated once you filled for readmission and it is already approved

If the student is qualify to graduate, the student must file for application for graduation and graduation clearance. The Registrar's office is posting an announcements for the filling of the said forms and the list of candidate for graduation.
The graduation fee cover the costs associated with degree processing. The graduation fee is due and payable even if the student is not participating in the commencement exercises as it will be used to help defray the cost of diploma, transcript of records, verification and certification, academic attire rental (toga and hood), graduation cap, graduation photo and other commencement fee.
There's no summer class for College.

If the grades from last term are not yet posted in isims, there will be an early enrollment waiver that must be signed by the parents for the modification of enrolled subjects if the student acquaired a failure grade from last term.
For students with Student ID starting with 2022-xxxxx: Please be advised that the isims account for freshman students will be sent through your iACADEMY email address on the 1st to 2nd week of your classes (Aug. 30 to Sep. 10).
For continuing students with Student ID starting with 2021-xxxxx: To access iSIMS, go to https://isims.iacademy.edu.ph/iacademy/students/ and input your account details sent by the Registrar's Office. For iSIMS-related support, kindly email registrar@iacademy.edu.ph
The student must file for shifting of course in the Registrar's Office.
Once the shifting form is approved by the Academics and Registrar' Office, his/her subjects will be evaluated to the new course and will be forwarded to the student's new Chairperson for the enlistment of subjects or advise.
The student must file for Re-admission. Once the readmission is approved by the Academics and Registrar, the student's iSIMS will be reactivated for him/her to enlist subjects.

if not yet decided on the mode of payment, do not save it so you can change it anytime. Once saved, you have to email registrar and request to change the mode of payment

For students with Student ID starting with 2022-xxxxx: Once the Admissions Office has confirmed your enrollment, they will send you your student number, student email and password. You will use this to access your iACADEMY email, login here https://mail.google.com/ with your iACADEMY email credentials.
Additional reminders:
· The user will be required to change the password on the first login at mail.google.com.
· We recommend using a strong and unique password that consists of Upper/Lower case, numbers and symbols.
· We recommend activating 2-way factor authentication for additional security.
For continuing students with Student ID starting with 2021-xxxxx: To access iACADEMY email, login at mail.google.com. Should you encounter login errors, kindly take a screenshot of the system message and send it to infotech@iacademy.edu.ph so our IT Team may take a look into the matter.
NEO account will be reactivated once successfully enrolled.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

SHS Academics releases announcement and/or circular regarding SHS Graduation and activities
Subject offering for summer classes and list of students who will enroll are endorsed by the SHS Academics Department.
The student and his/her parents have to sign a Conditional Enrollment Contract (CEC) form from the SHS Academics and to be sent back via email to RO together with their valid id for processing.

Once the shifting form is approved by the SHS Coordinator and Principal and Registrar' Office, his/her subjects will be evaluated to the new course and will be forwarded to the student's new SHS Coordinator for the enlistment of subjects or advise with the approval of SHS Coordinator and Principal.
The student must file for Re-admission. Once the readmission is approved by the SHS Coordinator, Principal and Registrar, the student will be endorsed to the coordinator for the evaluation of the student for enlistment.

Certificate for Semestral honors are awarded by SHS Academics Department every end of the semester. You can claim your certificate from the SHS Academics.

Graduation Fee inclucions are Credential Fee (Diploma, School to school Form 137 with Courier Fee), Rental of SHS Toga, Cap and Sash, Commencement Fee, Tickets, Invitation and the Graduation Picture.
Kindly take note that the graduation fee is payable even if the student is not participating in the ceremony as it will be used to help defray the cost the whole graduation fee.
