The clinic provides telehealth consultations for NON -EMERGENCY cases while we are in an online setup. This consultation is conducted via google meet. We also provide a virtual Annual Physical Examination for all students. For onsite, you can always go to the Clinic at the Ground Floor.
The telehealth consultations are open to all enrolled students.
The telehealth consultations are by appointment only. The student who wants to be seen must send an email to the clinic at clinic@iacademy.edu.ph. Once the request is received, the clinic will send a link to the student for the consultation.
A medical history and consent form must be filled out and submitted prior to the set appointment. If the student is a minor, the parent or guardian must be the one to sign the consent form.
Yes, the student may request for a medical certificate from the clinic provided it is to be used for activities of the school and for the internship programs that are part of the curriculum. Medical certification to be used outside iACADEMY are not allowed.
All absences lasting for more than 3 days must be cleared by the school physician. The student must request for a telehealth consultation so that the physician can assess the student prior to returning to class.
The online clinic is open Monday to Friday til 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday til 8 am to 12 noon.
Yes, It is REQUIRED that all students need to undergo the Virtual APE (Annual Physical Exam).
