HOW DO I ENLIST?
For Regular Students:
All regular students will be automatically enlisted in the subjects offered according to their program/course and current block. The Registrar will post the list of regular students in iACADEMY website and Academic Announcement FB Page.
For Irregular Students:
The enlistment period will be announced on your iACADEMY email.
All Enlistment made during the Enlistment Period will be automatically saved and will no longer be modified. All Students can review their Enlistment from the enlistment period. Should the student feel that there’s a need to confer with his/her Chairperson about his/her enlisted subjects, he/she may set an appointment for virtual advising. iSIMS link: http://isims.iacademy.edu.ph/iacademy/students
All irregular students who enlisted below 12 units, please ensure to get an endorsement from your Chairperson via email.
For those who were on LOA/AWOL and intend to enroll, you must first apply for your Re-admission and process your Clearance before you can proceed to Enlistment and Advising, please note that the processing of these forms will go through the different offices for approval. Processing your readmission and clearance prior to the regular enrollment period is highly encouraged.
WHAT WILL I DO WITH THE VIRTUAL ADVISING?
Virtual advising will be done through a Google Meet session between the student and the Program Chairperson.
The virtual advising will only run for 15 minutes per session. Please be on time so as not to delay other students who are scheduled on the succeeding time slot.
Before joining the session, please test your audio and ensure you have connection to audio and video as you will need to be able to hear and speak to your Chairperson.
If you get disconnected, please rejoin the session. In case your time has already lapsed, please coordinate with the Academic Assistants, and reschedule your appointment.
In the event that your Chairperson is having technical difficulty, please inform the Academic Assistant via iACADEMY Portal so that you will be transferred to another Adviser or to your Dean.
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so one hour before your scheduled appointment time.
Students should not schedule more than one appointment per day.
Should you have other concerns apart from the subjects that you will enroll, you may schedule a different meeting with your Chairperson via email.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR VIRTUAL ADVISING?
Log in to the iACADEMY Portal V2 (https://portalv2.iacademy.edu.ph/)
You can login with your iACADEMY Google Account (Click Login with Google) or using your domain account.
In case you have forgotten your log-in details, please send an email to the IT Department at infotech@iacademy.edu.ph
For those who were on LOA/AWOL during the previous term and you intend to enroll for Term 1, please process first your Readmission and Clearance before you may proceed to Enlistment and Advising.
Please enter your email address and select your department
Click on the Virtual Advising Tab and Enter course and department.
Click Start Chat to start chatting with the Academic Assistant
Once you have finalized your appointment with the Academic Assistant, please wait for the email invite for your Virtual Advising Appointment. The details of the Virtual Advising and Google Meet Link will also be included in the email invite. Confirm your virtual advising by clicking yes.
WHAT TO DO ON THE DAY OF THE VIRTUAL ADVISING?
Please ready the screenshot of the subjects that you have enlisted which you can access in your iSIMS account. If you we’re not able to enlist during the enlistment period, please advise your Chairperson.
Click the link of the Google Meet and join the meeting.

Once done with the advising, please wait for the email of the Registrar for the updated eRF if there are changes in your subject line up; if no changes, please proceed to payment.
iACADEMY has 3 payment options.
First: Over the counter bank cash or check deposit
Second: Online bank transfer
Third: Online Debit/Credit Card (Internet Payment Gateway)

Note that the account name should not be cut or abbreviated. Payment might be returned if the account name is wrong.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS ON MISCELLANEOUS FEES?
Because of the effect of the pandemic certain miscellaneous fees are currently not being charged.
Late enrollment fee is charged after the first day of classes.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ENROLLMENT IS CONFIRMED?
Finance office will validate payment and will confirm enrollment via email.
Proof of payment is validated within 3 working days upon receipt. iACADEMY Validation cut-off is at 4PM. Payment may not be credited to iACADEMY’s bank accounts in real-time depending on the bank’s cut off time.
Reminder: All unsettled deficiencies may hinder the confirmation of your enrollment.

You must send an email intern to the registrar at registrar@iacademy.edu.ph along with any valid Id or previous eRF.

It is applied from Grade 11 to Grade 12 provided the student met the standards set by DEPED / PEAC.
