Each academic program has a set of core, professional, and elective courses. These ensure that the student has acquired the necessary concepts, skills, and competencies for an optimal learning experience.
Students have access to the GOAL Primer that contains the technical requirements of the devices specific to their program. Students may also avail themselves of iACADEMY’s I.T. technical support and External Linkages and Partnerships Departments’ gadget discount program.
HOW DO I AVAIL OF THE GADGET DISCOUNT?
External Linkages and Partnerships Department (ELPD) regularly updates the list of partner gadget stores that iACADEMY students may avail themselves of discounts. Email externallinkages@iacademy.edu.ph for the latest list or for more questions.
Certain academic programs give students the option to enroll in subjects belonging to another specialization thereby allowing them to expand their knowledge base and increase their employment opportunities. This option is made available to students in their third year of study.
Depending on your current standing and specialization, you may consult with your program chair for initial advising.
The Finance office will send a confirmation email of your official enrollment. NEO Class links will be sent to you within 48 hours upon confirmation of official enrollment.

WHAT IS IACADEMY'S EXPANDED HYFLEX CLASS SET-UP IN A.Y. 22-23?
iACADEMY EXPANDED HyFlex provides flexible learning to students through efficient modalities built on iterative and engaging learning experiences. Through this, students may now attend classes for courses/subjects best delivered via face-to-face and online learning. Students who opt to continue online learning may still do so through well-designed class activities that simulate real-world processes and meaningful assessments.
A student may opt to attend HyFlex classes online throughout the term due to valid reasons (eg: health).
Your class links have been sent to your iACADEMY email. Kindly check your spam folder for the possibility that it may have landed there. If you have checked all these and still have no access to your class link, kindly reach out to your teacher or email collegeacademics@iacademy.edu.ph.
We understand that unexpected events can happen and sometimes students may miss their final exams. If this happens, there may be an opportunity to make up the exam at a later date. However, please keep in mind that there may be a penalty or fee associated with this, and the makeup exam may be different from the original to ensure academic honesty.
In case of a valid excuse for missing the exam, such as a medical or family emergency, the student may be able to reschedule the exam without any penalty. To know more about your exam policies and explore your options, we encourage students to communicate with their respective instructor or academic advisor as soon as possible. We are here to support you in any way we can.
For students who are aiming to graduate with honors, it's important to note that the cut-off for the second honor is 1.50.
Students who haven't consistently been part of the Dean's List may still qualify for graduation with honors as long as they meet the general weighted average requirement. For more information on honors and awards, please refer to section 11 of our Student Handbook. This additional resource contains helpful guidelines to help you achieve your academic goals.
For continuing college students with failed courses, academic advising is conducted before enrollment. Selected representatives from your department are willing and ready to assist you on how to best move forward with your academic journey.
Yes. iACADEMY conducts an Add-Drop period, allowing enrolled students to make adjustments to their academic load enrollment for the term. During this period, you have the opportunity to shift classes or section to a schedule that better suits your availability.

IF THIS IS PURELY ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING, WHO CAN I REACH OUT TO FOR CONCERNS?
There are multiple ways to reach out with the personnels and success coaches of DRIVE in iACADEMY. Upon the confirmation of the schedule set according to the students’ and success coach’s availability, students will be invited to attend a meeting which will be held in the Gather Town, the official virtual hub of DRIVE.
