Trosolwg o'r cwrs / Course overview: Dull ymchwiliol dramatig ar gyfer dysgu ac addysgu. Mae Mantle of the Expert yn dal dychymyg dysgwyr ac yn gwneud dysgu'n ystyrlon a chyffrous.

A dramatic-inquiry approach to teaching and learning. Mantle of the Expert catches learners' imagination and makes learning meaningful and exciting.

Mwy o fanylion isod / Further information as follows:

• Having received a commission from a client, learners take on the role of an expert team.  It takes place within a fictional context to perform specific tasks which can involve complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• The day (11/10/24) will be a chance to find out more about this enabling pedagogy, find out about different drama for learning techniques and 'step into' a Mantle of the Expert session and become part of the responsible team. 

• A follow up day (13/02/25) for day one course attendees will be a further step into Mantle of the Expert, as well as sharing any ideas and thoughts that have arisen from the use of drama for learning in your classrooms. We hope , in the afternoon, that 'stepping into a Mantle' will be demonstrated with a group of pupils, for you to observe the many avenues and lines of inquiry that will be generated by young learners through an authentic context for learning.
