SNAP Cymru offers free and independent information, advice and support to help get the right education for children and young people with all kinds of special educational needs (SEN)/additional learning needs(ALN)and disabilities.

Os yw’ch plentyn yn bryderus am yr ysgol, neu os nad yw’n gallu mynd i’r ysgol, mae gennym gyngor ar eu cefnogi a gweithio gyda’r ysgol a gwasanaethau eraill.
School anxiety and refusal
If your child is anxious about school, or they are unable to go to school, we have advice on supporting them and working with the school and other services.
Mae pob aelod o staff yr ysgol hon yn derbyn hyfforddiant diogelu blynyddol ac maent yn gyfrifol am ddiogelwch ac amddiffyn y plant sy'n mynychu. Os oes pryderon ynglŷn ag esgeulustod neu gam-drin corfforol, emosiynol neu rywiol yna o dan Weithdrefnau Amddiffyn Plant Cymru Gyfan mae'n ddyletswydd ar staff i adrodd y mater i'r Swyddog Amddiffyn Plant a fydd yn hysbysu'r Prifathro.
All members of staff within this school receive annual safeguarding training and are responsible for the safety and protection of the children who attend. If there are concerns regarding neglect or physical, emotional or sexual abuse then under the All-Wales Child Protection Procedures staff are duty bound to report the matter to the Child Protection Officer who will advise the Headteacher.

Supporting children, young people and their family with barriers to accessing education through assessments and bespoke support plans. This includes working with the child/young person, their family, and school to create a nurturing and safe support network.
