Skomer PE Day 

Due to a change in scheduling Skomer Class will now have their PE on a Thursday up until December.

Harvest

We kindly request harvest food donations for our harvest celebration. Please can all food donations be non-perishable. For example tinned foods, foods with a long sell by date.

Spooky Autumn Disco

Our spooky Autumn disco is now being held at St Francis School hall. We can't wait to welcome the children for a spooktacular time! Doors opening at 4:45pm - 6pm. Entry cost is £3 which includes drink, sweets and games.

Pumpkin Carving Competition

Our annual Pumpkin Carving competition is taking place Tuesday 21st October. We can't wait to see this year ingenious creations!

Sealyham Year 4 Residential

Deposit of £46.80 is due by 31.10.25 to confirm your child's place. Please pay into Lloyds, St Francis School Fund 30-99-50, 63313862, please use your child's name as reference.

Llangrannog Year 5 & 6 Residential

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required by 20.10.25 to confirm your child's place.  Please pay into Lloyds, St Francis School Fund, 30-99-50, 63313862 using your child's name as ref.

Juniper 

The developers have told us that all issues have been resolved. For those who were experiencing difficulties please can you look out for a new invitation email & login. If issues still remain please email admin.stfrancis@pembrokeshire.gov.uk

Change of Menu

November 5th there will be a change in the menu. There will be dairy caramel ice-cream.

Parents Evenings

We will be holding our parents evenings on Wednesday 15th October and Thursday 16th October 2025. To book your place with your child's teacher please use the booking link attached.

St Francis Teacher Parent Meetings 

Juniper App

We are aware that some families have been experiencing issues with the Juniper communication app. We understand how important it is for you to stay informed and connected with the school, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be assured that Juniper's technical team is actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We are in regular contact with them and will keep you updated on any progress.

In the meantime information is available on our school website via the newsletter & our social media pages & via the office using the contact details we hold on file for you.

Drop Off/Pick Up

We kindly remind all parents and carers that only vehicles displaying a valid 2025/26 car pass are permitted to enter the school car park during drop-off and pick-up times, including Friday pick-up at 1:00pm. Parking is available at the Meads Leisure Centre.

We also ask that all parents and carers treat staff at the gate with courtesy and respect at all times. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
