Through its integrated features, Schoolcomms helps us build stronger parent-school partnerships and simplify everyday admin tasks.

📱 School Gateway

School Gateway is an all-in-one parent app, designed to make school life easier for families. With a single login, parents can:

• View and manage school communications and payments

• Access trip payments and information

• Receive real-time updates and notifications

The app syncs seamlessly with our MIS, helping us reduce admin and improve parental engagement.

 💳 Cashless Payments

We’ve adopted Schoolcomms’ Cashless Payments system, which allows:

• Secure online payments trips and other school items

• Reminders for outstanding payments

Transaction charges apply to online payments. A fee of 1.36% may be added to the cost of items paid through the system.

📲 Download the App

We strongly encourage all parents and carers to download the School Gateway app. Messages sent via the app are free of charge, whereas text messages incur a cost to the school. By using the app, you’ll receive instant updates and help us reduce expenses.

How to activate your account

• Download the Android or iPhone School Gateway app.

• Press ‘Sign Up’ then enter the email and mobile number your school has on record. If you’re not sure if they have the right details, it’s best to check and update first.

• Press ‘Send PIN’. You will receive a text message with your unique PIN.

• You’re now ready to log in and start using School Gateway.

• If you don’t have a smartphone or prefer to use a computer, you can set up your account using the web version of School Gateway
