  2. Little Snapper 1 = 15 months & up
  3. Little Snapper 2, Advance & Clownfish = 2y 11m & up

Investigate and uncheck if:

currently enrolled and
do they have a waitlist or family note, they are approved to enrolled beyond 12 years old

Find these students in iCP to send notification
