Parent MUST EMAIL Loralee. (loralee@hubbardswim.com)
Email must include the EVENT DATE.
Loralee will EMAIL them when the turtle is ready for pickup.

This should only be done by Loralee. Gift Cards will be put in attached to the Turtle.

Record the
Voucher Number
Date Donated
Charity Name
Initial Amount
Step 3 is crucial! It's the only record we have of this card.
Affix the gift card to the turtle. It will be just a blank Gift Card; there is no way to actually add a balance to it through iCP.

If you do not have a Donation Turtle for the family to pick up ask the individual if they received an email stating the turtle is ready for pick up. Loralee sends an email message once a Donation Turtle is ready for pick up. If they have not received a message it is not ready.
