PAST CREDIT &PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

While a few physical gift cards from the old days are still out there, any recently issued gift cards have been provided through our donation turtles. In the raffle items we provide a Donation Gift Cards (DGC), which can be redeemed to swim with us!

• 1. Find the amount of the Outstanding Gift Card

  2. Submit Redeem Form  

  3. Enter the payment in iCP

     • Payment Type: Gift Card

     • Amount: $(amount listed on spreadsheet)

     • Reference/Check #: DGC #XXXX, (Charity Name) 

     • Process Payment

  4. Cut the gift card in half and throw it away.

The customer can now enroll through the Portal and apply credits. 

If a family thinks they have credit and it's not in iCP, search the Credit Liabilities sheet.

  2. Submit Redeem Form  

  3. Enter the payment in iCP

       • Reference/Check #: Responsible Person ID - LMS Credit 

       • Process Payment  

Customer can now enroll through the Customer Portal and apply credits.
