Support sends a courtesy email blast thanking all families for reporting a future absence.
Absences reported at least one hour before class are automatically approved as excused and issued an MUT if eligible.
The Magnify Glass will appear when the swimmer's absences are reported less than one hour before class starts and no other students have checked in to this specific class yet. This allows you to excuse the absences reported late and issue a Makeup Token, if eligible. We excuse these without discrimination because they made the effort.
Families are unable to report absences on the Portal once another swimmer has checked in for this specific class, no matter what time they checked in.
