Definition of a Payment: A positive entry on a customer account, indicating HFSS has received some type of monetary exchange (ex cash, check, credit card)
Note: If they have not agreed to Policies they must log into their Customer Portal to accept before processing a payment. We do not delete payments.
Payment Types
Payment Types
Credit Card on File: This is the card saved on file. HFSS requires a card to be on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Credit Card Manual: The manual option allows you to process a credit card different than the card saved on file. This will require you to enter the card information including the name on the card, credit card number, 3-4 digit CCV, expiration date, and billing address.
Cash: Any cash transaction.
