ISSUING A CREDIT

Overview

House: House credits is reserved to comp a lesson as a customer service from the "Bank of Hubbard".

Other: This credit type is used when moving credit from one HFSS location to another, trades or past credit. (Also used for credits imported from our prior software)

GiftCard: This credit type is reserved to be used when issuing credit following the purchase of a eGift Card or issued physical gift card.

Credit can only be voided. It can not be returned to the customer.

If there is a typo and a credit needs to be deleted this can be done by the General Manager or Support.
