Overview
To add saved payment information for a family, go to the Billing tab.
Stored payment methods for the family will be listed here, with a separate section for each guardian; up to three payment methods per guardian.
Default = Primary Method
Arrow circle with check icon = authorized for recurring billing
NOTE!!
Currently, only the default payment method assigned to the Primary Guardian can be used for recurring billing.
If the payment method is on a non-primary guardian, it won’t be charged via Direct Debit. Only staff can add payment methods to guardian profiles. See App Payment Method.
SAVING PAYMENT
✅ Payment authorized for recurring billing required on primary card
❌ Disable Validation When Saving Payment – if off, a $0.00 auth checks payment validity on save.
