Hello! My name is Jessie. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and live in the Goodyear/Buckeye area. My husband (Jon) and I enjoy glamping in our trailer, spending time with our families, and hanging with our dogs (Atlas & Lily) and our bird (Poe). My BFFs are my nieces & nephews - you’ll often hear about them! 😊

I started with Hubbard as an instructor, front desk team member, and birthday party manager in 2000 until I went to college. I then joined back in 2008 as an instructor. I have been an instructor for all levels, bracelets, snack bar attendant, front desk, site supervisor at all locations, retail manager, customer service team member, etc. I also sold health and life insurance for a couple of years in the middle. I am now the Manager of our Customer Service Department and assist with training & Hubbard processes with Kristiana De La Cruz (our Customer Account Manager) and various other tasks. 

Hi! I am Carrie. I am a 3rd generation born in AZ, yep my grandfather was born in Mesa, AZ.  I live in North Central Phoenix.  I have five kids, 

1. Jimmy, who lives in Oregon with his fiancée Hannah. 

2. Catherine is married to Harry, and they live in Barcelona, Spain, just because they can. Catherine's job allows her to work anywhere in the world. 

3. Gracie lives in Phx and works as a nurse at Phoenix Children's Hospital.  

4. Phillip just graduated from NAU as a mechanical engineer. He lives in Phoenix and is working his first adult job at Kiewit. 

5. My youngest, Henry, is going to ASU full-time and works full-time at Hula's Modern Tiki as an assistant manager/ bartender/ server. 

As you can tell, I am very proud of my kids. My husband Mike works for Dignity Health as a computer something 😉  He does a lot of computer programming for Doctors.  

We like to hike a lot. We are also “famous” for our camping trips around the western United States, mostly. We recently graduated from glamping in a tent to glamping in a trailer. My goal is to experience all our National Parks. We also are finding our wings a bit now that our kids are adults and have expanded our travels. We went to Barcelona to visit our daughter and then cruised the Mediterranean to see parts of Italy, including Rome. Just recently, we went on a cruise with former Hubbard employees to Alaska. We still manage to camp on the beach in southern California a few times a year. (you will hear me moaning about trying to get reservations for that, I am sure!)

I was hired in 2007 when Hubbard was starting to dream about having a separate Booking Center to answer phones and some emails. Nothing was available to the customer online then. We were just starting to open the Peoria location at that time. Over the years, I have worked continuously as a support team member and Front Desk person. I have had the opportunity to train many of the front desk staff working for us today and the support (I think I have trained everyone). I love working for Hubbard because you feel part of a family. It is a great experience. 

Hello! My name is Erin K. I'm a Phoenix native, born and raised, and have lived here my whole life except for living in San Diego for just over a year before I worked at HFSS. I love to travel, go to concerts and love the beach. I'm also a huge movie buff and awards season is my favorite season. Family and friends are a big part of my life. I've made some of my very best friends here at HFSS.

I celebrated my 10-year HFSS anniversary in February 2024! I started as an instructor and shortly after was asked to work at the front desk and join our customer service team. I am currently full-time customer service. I really enjoy and appreciate that we feel like a team no matter where we're at, and the HFSS Core Values align very well with my own.

Hello! My name is Gabrielle. I was born and raised in New York, spent around five years living in Downtown Phoenix, and currently live in Colorado. I love to hike, camp, travel, stand-up paddle board, and spend time with my family, who now all live in Colorado as well!

I've worked for Hubbard for around 8 years now! I started as a swim instructor, Front Desk, and Customer Service. On my 6-month anniversary, I was asked to join the Site team, and not too long after, I became the Assistant General Manager of our Riverview location. When my husband (Brad) and I decided to make the move to Colorado, luckily, I was able to move back into a Customer Service position and work from home full time.

My name is Yosely Gonzalez. I am from Veracruz, Mexico (a beautiful city near the east coast). I have lived here my whole life, but I have traveled to different states in the US (such as California, Kansas City, Nevada, and finally Arizona due to my older brother living in these different places for almost 6 years now), Europe, and Canada.

I like to work out at the gym and roller-skate with my cousins all the way through the boulevard in the mornings, so we can see the sunrise. I also read (pretty much about everything that can teach me something new), and am absolutely obsessed with the Harry Potter saga. I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family during the weekends too.

This is my first full-time job from home however, I am excited to be part of the Hubbard Family Swim School and to give my best every single day! I already had my first week and I couldn’t be happier with meeting all of you.

And, yes, I like to change my hair a lot lol.

Hi! My name is Miguel G. I am from Guadalajara, Jalisco but currently live in the city of  Queretaro in Mexico. I just finished my bachelors degree in management and administration of tourism business. I’m a very sport’s guy. I love playing almost any sport but mostly soccer, tennis, football and basketball.  I also love swimming and I was part of my high school swimming team.  

Also I’m very passionate about music and instruments, I love playing the guitar and the drums and listening to music all day. I’m also into video games and computer stuff.  

Is my first time working at a remote job and I hope to be here for a long time. 

Hello! My name is Edu, I was born and raised in León, Guanajuato. If I had to choose some facts or interests about me to share, definitely would say that I have a deep passion for sports, which keeps me energized and motivated, whether I'm on the field or cheering from the sidelines. Movies are another pastime I hold dear; I find joy in exploring different genres and storytelling styles, especially enjoying recommendations from friends and going to the movie theatre.  Cooking is my creative outlet, providing an opportunity to express myself through flavors and dishes that I love to share with those around me. Above all, spending quality time with friends and family is what truly fuels my happiness and makes life meaningful. Each of these interests shapes who I am and helps me build valuable connections with those I cherish.
