Welcome to the Community Pharmacy Field Training Portal at the Faculty of Pharmacy, The Hashemite University, Jordan.

This website provides students, external preceptors, and faculty members with access to training manuals, required forms, training schedules, OSCE preparation materials, announcements, and guidance related to Community Pharmacy Field Training 1 and Community Pharmacy Field Training 2.

The portal also highlights the important role of external preceptors in supporting students during field training by supervising training activities, guiding professional practice, providing feedback, monitoring attendance, and completing the required assessment and evaluation forms.

Students are expected to review the training manual carefully, download the required forms, complete all training activities, and follow the approved academic, professional, and ethical requirements during field training.

How to Use This Website

This website is designed to help students, external preceptors, and faculty members easily access all materials related to Community Pharmacy Field Training.

For Students

1. Open the relevant training page:
   Community Pharmacy Field Training 1 or Community Pharmacy Field Training 2.

2. Download and read the training manual before starting field training.

3. Visit the Forms and Documents page to download the required forms, such as attendance records, logbooks, and evaluation forms.

4. Check the Announcements page regularly for updates, deadlines, OSCE schedules, and important instructions.

4. Complete the End-of-Training Preceptor Evaluation Form at the end of the training period.

5. Report any concerns related to attendance, professionalism, performance, or patient safety through the approved form or communication channel.

For Faculty Members
