Create/Waihanga - using the simple shapes you have and in pairs - no altering of these, create versions or interpretations of these art works within a set frame. Transcribe these interpretations into coloured pencil drawings that are neat and clean.
Share/Tohatoha - how can you convince Miss Laycock/Miss Keene that you could take these artworks and use them creatively in sewing?
Learn/Ako - noticing different surface textures and colours of material scraps, how they contrast against each other and the effect this could have.
Create/Waihanga: groups of students working with several different fragments to recreate a piece of Art - Sonja Terk Delauney or Orla Kiely.
Scissor skills and using glue to connect fabric together.
