What areas do you serve?
I work within about a 1-hour radius of London, Ontario (including St. Marys, Stratford, Exeter, Parkhill, Grand Bend, Dorchester, St. Thomas, and Byron).
What services do you offer?
Colour consultations, redesign/decorating, accessible redesign, and short-term rental redesign/management (plus personal shopping/sourcing as needed).
How does the free discovery call work?
A quick call to learn your goals, timeline, budget comfort level, and what kind of help you want. After that, I’ll recommend the best service/package for you.
Do you work with budgets?
Yes. I’m budget-conscious and can create a plan that prioritizes the biggest impact first, with options at different price points.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. I can provide a phased plan and shopping list so you can purchase items over time.
Do you use my existing furniture and décor?
Absolutely—whenever it makes sense. I love incorporating what you already own to save money and reduce waste.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Some projects can be styled in a day, while larger redesigns and sourcing can take weeks (or be phased over months).
What should I have ready before we start?
Photos of the space, rough measurements (if available), inspiration images, and an idea of what you want to keep vs. replace.
Can you shop for me?
Yes—personal shopping/sourcing is available. I can either send you a curated shopping list or handle purchasing depending on what you prefer.
Do you offer paint colour help only?
Yes—colour consultations are available as a standalone service.
Do you do accessible/universal design?
Yes. I can recommend layouts and products that improve safety and ease of use (clearances, durable finishes, high-contrast choices, etc.) while keeping it stylish.
Do you offer staging?
I offer staging support when it’s the right fit, including using some of your items and adding accents/accessories to help the home show its best.
What if I’m not sure what style I like?
That’s totally normal. I’ll guide you with questions, examples, and mood boards to narrow in on a look that feels like you.
How do you charge?
Some services are hourly and some are flat-rate packages, depending on the project. I’ll confirm pricing before we begin so there are no surprises.
