I am Jenna. As of right now, I am an 8th Grade student at Holy Angels School.
This is my portfolio. Here, you will be able to find my reflections on work that I am proud of, have learned a lot from, or still need to learn from.
I have been at Holy Angels School since Kindergarten. I can be quite a perfectionist sometimes and I really enjoy spending time with family and friends. In the future, I plan on becoming either a lawyer, chemist, or even president of the United States. Whatever will make me happy is what I want to pursue.
When it comes to music, food, or drinks, I always have more than one favorite. Whatever I can usually relate to in music becomes my favorite, which changes a lot. In the moment, my favorite food is chicken adobo (a Filipino dish) and my favorite drink is Okinawa milk tea with boba. With ice cream, I usually get strawberry but I'm fine with trying other flavors. I don't have a particular favorite movie or TV show.
My goal for the beginning of the year was to receive good grades. I'm always strict with myself when it comes to grades. To achieve my goal, I've been focusing on work rather than letting myself get distracted. I've also been trying not to procrastinate. My goals for the future is to keep maintaining good grades. I want to try to receiving a Principal's List, and maybe even a Presidential Award at the end of the year.
I have been in the California state level for my Alcohol Awareness Poster in 2018. Between third grade and now, I have received Principal's List and Honor Roll. Currently, I am running for student body Treasurer.
Ever since fourth grade, I've been playing volleyball. I have really tried improving myself over the years. My goal for this year is to spike. This specific picture is when my team and I won our championship in 2019.
I've been traveling throughout my whole life. When I grow up, I want to continue traveling. I find it very fun to go to a place I've never been before. This picture is when my parents and I when to Aulani in Hawaii to go shopping.
This picture is when my parents and I rode Space Mountain in Disneyland. Ever since I reached the height to go on rides (specifically rollercoasters), I've always been going on them. I just feel a thrill while I'm there, which always encourages me to come back.
