As the world continues to practice social distancing, it's so important that all of us don't feel more isolated than necessary.
One thing that makes everyone feel better is the power of connection.
That's why I'm asking you TODAY to call or video chat three friends, family members, or someone to say HEY! Pass this message along too, but make sure you make some calls!
The virus is touching three people for everyone infected, but we can spread happiness and love even faster!
I have plans underway for The HeyDay Holiday for July 30th this year, but I know there's no better time than right now to be in touch, so let's start this movement together!
Stay safe and healthy!
