Task Areas

The members of the Umpires Leadership Team split the oversight of regatta activities into different silos.

• Umpire Station Operations (Kate & Sally)

• Umpire Logistics (Lyssa)

• Umpire Training (Liz)

• Umpire Central (Eveline)

• Appeals (Rachael)

While any member may work on tasks in any of the areas, the one shown in the diagram has operational oversight of their area reporting up to Kirsten as the Chief Referee and Lead Umpire.
