Brings over two decades of experience as a licensed USRowing Referee and 15+ years as a World Rowing Umpire to her role as the Chief Referee at the 2026 HOCR®. With a nod to her seasoned expertise, she is returning as the Chief Referee and Lead Umpire, responding to the HOCR® Race Directors' specific request. Kirsten also serves on the World Rowing Events Commission, contributing her skills to international regattas, and as the FISU Technical Committee Chair for Rowing.
