Sally fell in love with HOCR® during her first volunteer shift in 2009 in the snow, and never looked back. Sally rowed on the Charles in both high school and college and still considers it her rowing home. Licensed in 2017, she started refereeing as a way to stay involved in the sport after competing collegiately. Sally now splits her weekends between coaching and officiating.
