Rachael is returning for her fourth year on the HOCR® Umpire Leadership team as the Appeals Team Lead.  Rachael began rowing and coxing in 1999, and has competed at the HOCR® approximately ten times.  Seeking a way to remain involved in the sport after competing at the Division I level and completing law school, she became a licensed official in 2015.  Rachael has two young sons, including a five-year old who believes his mom wins every race at the HOCR®.
