Help Auckland - 0800 623 1700. Free, confidential support for you and your loved ones to heal from the harm of sexual abuse or assault. You do not need to have told anyone about abuse/assault before you call. Specific support for young people available.
iStudy Alarm (app) - A handy timer to keep you focussed during study times. Includes exam and study tips and prompts you to take a break and revise material learnt.
111 - If you think you are going to hurt yourself or you have hurt yourself, call 111 and ask for help. You can also call 111 if someone you know has told you they are going to or has hurt themselves and ask for a safety check.
