1) Choose Leave Application, and click the Apply Leave button

For attending training sessions/seminars
Apply before the event, with the approval of HoD.
Send an email to Sara Ng (sara.ng@hkugac.edu.hk), and Jonathan Yu (jonathan.yu@hkugac.edu.hk) with your HoD's approval.

Teachers are required to call the principal in that morning between 6:45 - 7:15am, and then inform their HoD and Jonathan Yu so that lesson covering can be arranged in time.
After the sick leave period, submit the medical certificate to Alex Hung.
Complete the eLeave application online.
