Once you log in with your staff account at school, just launch Microsoft Outlook and no setup is required.
You can copy-and-paste contents into your email easily, and enjoy a full range of email client features.
2) Outlook Webmail

Access via: https://www.hkugac.edu.hk/
Useful if you are at home.
But not as responsive as using an app,
and some features are not available (for example: you cannot copy-and-paste tables and images directly into your email).
3) Email app on your mobile phone (Optional)

You can receive new email push notification.
Download outlook app on either google store or iOS app store
Log in using your email address (xxx.xxx@hkugac.edu.hk) and your login password
