eBooking -- To book a meeting room, computer lab, the activity centre or school hall.
eNotice -- To check if the parent has replied a school eNotice. Class teachers need to follow up with the students.
eReportCard -- To enter marks and subject/class teacher comments. Only used near the end of the school term. [not covered in this guide]

eDiscipline -- To enter a pastoral record (for a positive and negative behavior).
eEnrolment -- To take attendance in ELA (Extended Learning Activities). [not covered in this guide]
eHomework -- To enter homework entries every day (mandatory at junior levels S1-S3). Parents and students can see what homework has been issued.
