In the 3rd lesson, I want to get to know you better. I want you to talk about something that you wish I knew. It might be that you wish I knew that you hate playing basketball but your parents expect to you play because your older brother or sister played basketball.

What does it mean to have things in common? The activity will be looking at what you have in common with your partner (it will be me). Hopefully we are able to learn that we have more in common that we thought!

What does it mean to be diverse? This activity gives us a chance to learn more about each other and their experiences. To end the assignment, I want you to think why is diversity important?

With this lesson, we are continuing to strengthen the classroom community. Use this google drawing link to work on a symbol for your class. After you have it completed, think of the following reflection questions. Why was it important for everyone to work together on this project? How did we work as a community to make this? How do you feel when you think about how we worked together and what we made? What does this symbol show about our classroom community?

Hello! For this lesson, we will be doing an assessment and the virtual learning tutorial. The assessment is not graded, I just want to know what you know.

This lesson focuses on describing, demonstrating, and identifying internal and external emotion cues. For activity, we will you will have a feeling and a feeling figure. You will work on filling in how you would look, sound, and feel like if you were feeling an emotion. The emotion I want you to think about is afraid. To wrap it up, I want you to think of some ways that emotions or feelings can change our bodies? What can you do to figure out how others are feeling?

For this lesson, we talk about how some people react to situations similarly or different. We then work on predicting how someone feels by looking at a couple pictures.
