Our class did a course on Happiness, learning everything that could make us happier in our day to day lives, especially in a time right now where being happy in our world can be extremely difficult for most. After going through the course, we were instructed on creating a "Control Week" where we'd live our life for a week like we'd normally live it, and then the following week would be our "Test Week" where we'd implement one of many techniques shared in the course, measure the level of our happiness, and compare it to the control week's.
