Which Remote Coaching plan is suitable for me?

Elemental Strength

  • A General Programme suitable for individuals with reasonable flexibility

  • The full programme of 8-week follows a structured and progressive plan towards 3 pre-selected specific goals (1-Arm Push Up, Pistol Squat & V-Sit)

Customised Programme

  • Suitable for athletes and highly-motivated individuals with specific goals or/and with limited flexibility

  • Highly individualised

  • Include a complimentary Body Composition Analysis, before & after Progress photos

Elemental Strength

Is this programme for total beginners?

Progressions and regressions are being covered so do not worry if you have no experience

Can this program challenge someone with more than a decade of weight training?

You bet. Even the biggest bodybuilders can struggle with some of the progressions

Can I build muscle and lose fat on this program?

This is a dedicated strength program meant to make you stronger and the supplementary work is meant

to aid you in reaching this goal while working every part of the body. Though a byproduct of muscle

mass and fat loss is very much possible, it is not the main focus of this program.

Is cardio included in this program?

No cardio is not included in this program as it is a dedicated strength program. Stay tuned for the next

Customised Programme

I do not understand the programme, neither am I confident of my technique. Is there an introductory PT session with my Coach?

Definitely, that is strongly recommended!

In fact, when you purchase your first 4-week customised programme, you enjoy special Private Session (1-1 PT) rate of $99 (capped at 1x/week, no package required)

When & How do I schedule my complimentary Body Composition analysis?

The complimentary Body Composition Analysis to be taken on the prior to the commencement or 1st week. Please contact us to schedule in advance

Must I complete the programme within the set time-frame?

No, you do not need to complete the programme within the set time-frame. You may take 4-6 weeks to complete the 4-week programme, and shout out to us when you're ready for the next 4-week programme!

However we do not encourage inconsistent training frequency as it will affect your performance negatively.

May I suspend my plan?

Yes, you may suspend your training programme. Payment are not auto-renewal, hence only when you're ready for the next phase (4-week), let us know!

May I change my plan?

Yes, you may. However, when you have completed the full phase of 4-week programme.

Can I convert my existing on-site package/membership to Remote Coaching?

Unfortunately no, as it would be challenging to prorate the amount. Please complete your existing plan prior to switching
