Elemental Strength is all about increasing total body strength especially in the pushing, core and lower body. It’s an 8 week programme designed to provide essential gains in building a strong foundation through improving the qualities of these 3 strength movements:
1-Arm Push Up
Pistol Squat and
V Sit
Upon completion of the programme, you can look forward to drastic improvements in your other lifts whether it's bodyweight or conventional gym, sport performance or simply having a huge carry over into your daily activities, not to mention looking cool being able to do them.

This programme is a complete strength program meant to make you stronger. Though body composition may change due to the functional hypertrophy protocol, it is not the main focus of this programme. The accessories and mobility work are geared towards achieving the main goal of building total body strength.
This programme is NOT a full on muscle building or fat loss programme. Those programmes will be released in the near future where the loading parameters are very different.
