Option of 4-week / 12-week plan
Customised programme is a deliberate periodised program that runs in cycles of 4 weeks. Based on your assessment and your goals in the realm of physicality, we reconcile these two to ensure that not only will you get there, but you will do so safely and effectively with a coach that specialises in the particular field and suits your personality.

Maximum Strength (Ability to express one's absolute force with a modality or bodyweight)
Functional Hypertrophy (Build a physique that matches your strength)
Body Recomposition (Having a better physique by losing fat and building muscles)
Mobility (Being flexible with strength to control these ranges)
Sports Performance (Prehab, rehab and improve your sporting game)
You have the option to train off-site, on-site or dual with a top-up.
