In this module, participants will gain a better understanding of procedures related school clubs, sports teams, field trips, and school store as it relates to SAF. Some schools have activities such as clubs, sport teams, and a school store. Some teachers include field trips as part of the learning activities for the students. Because the Principal is responsible for the activities conducted on the school premises, the Principal should be made aware of all extracurricular activities. The procedures for the establishment, operation, and financial reporting of school clubs, sport teams, and the school store are important for the Principal. In addition, procedures for the financial transactions required for most field trips are needed to ensure proper accounting.
