In this module, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the payroll process for casual employees. Payroll information about casual employees is sent to DAGS Payroll one of two ways:
First, through the T-SEAS/SmartFindExpress system, which is only for substitute teachers; and
Second, through the Casual Payroll System which is for all other kinds of casual employees.
This module focuses on paying casual employees using the Casual Payroll System. The T-SEAS/SmartFindExpress system is covered in the Human Resources course, Module 8.
