In this module, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the many human resources tasks that take place throughout the school year. Advance planning can help a school office run more smoothly. There are many tasks related to human resources that occur at the same time each year. If the SASA knows what the cycle is, he or she can be prepared to ensure the tasks are completed correctly and on time. Some of the tasks are the responsibility of the principal. The SASA can support the principal by drafting some documents, giving the principal data needed to complete the task, or reminding the principal of the due date. Some tasks could be required at any month in the year. These tasks are also mentioned in this presentation.
