NAHS

The National Art Honor Society (NAHS) at HHS recognizes our high school students who demonstrate an outstanding ability and interest in art. It also promotes the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service by bringing art education to the attention of the school and community. 

The Requirements for joining the Harborfields High School chapter of the National Art Honor Society:  

• A strong interest in Art and the desire to participate in a minimum of 2 monthly meetings, art shows, and art related community service.

• Current enrollment in an Art Class at HHS and continued enrollment throughout your membership.

• A minimum of 2 completed full year Art Courses at HHS when applying for membership.

• A GPA of 92 or higher in Art classes taken.

• An overall GPA of 85 or higher

• Honorable standing within the school community is expected throughout membership.

• Active participation in art related clubs during the applicants pre-membership years is strongly recommended: (Art Club, Zephyr, Photojournalism/Senior Video)

• If you meet all of the requirements above... please fill out the application available on the NAHS Website. 

• The Application process opens in June every year. We will communicate via e-mail after you've applied.
