Hello and welcome to first grade with Mrs. Johnson! I am so excited to have the opportunity to be your first grade teacher at Impact Academy this year! I look forward to sharing my love and enthusiasm for teaching and learning with all my students and families. I have been teaching since 2012 and have taught grades kindergarten, first, second and ESE. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo, received my Early Childhood Education and Special Education teaching certification from Mercer University, and my Masters Degree in Early Childhood reading and literacy from Walden University. I am married and have a son and a daughter who are both in the Navy, and my dog Ace. Get ready for an AMAZING and FUN school year!
