Dutchtown High School Athletics is ready for another exciting Fall Athletics season! Our Bulldogs are set to compete in football, volleyball, softball, and cross country, with cheerleading and The Sound of Dutchtown bringing the energy every step of the way. From Friday night lights on the football field to fast-paced volleyball matchups, thrilling softball doubleheaders, and strong finishes on the cross-country trails, our athletes have been putting in the work and are ready to showcase their talent, teamwork, and Bulldog pride.
This season, the Dutchtown community can look forward to competitive games, an electric game-day atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate our student-athletes. Whether you’re cheering from the stands, watching a halftime performance, or supporting our athletes in the classroom, your presence makes a difference. This fall, Dutchtown Athletics is proud to highlight the outstanding coaches leading our programs. Each one brings passion, experience, and a deep commitment to shaping our student-athletes both on and off the field.
Football – Head Coach Kevon Glenn
A proud Dutchtown alumnus, Coach Glenn returns home to lead the Bulldogs under the Friday night lights. With alumni also on his staff, his leadership embodies the true spirit of “Once a Bulldog, Always a Bulldog.” His vision is to build a tough, disciplined program rooted in pride and tradition.
Cheerleading – Coaches Brittney McCollum & Nakia Lawrence
Coaches McCollum and Lawrence bring fresh leadership and enthusiasm to the Dutchtown cheer program. Their vision is to elevate school spirit, develop student leaders, and ensure our cheer squad is a powerful presence both on the sidelines and in competition.
Volleyball – Head Coach Kaylan Curry
Another Dutchtown graduate, Coach Curry takes the helm of the volleyball program alongside fellow alumni assistant coaches. Her energy, love for the game, and strong connection to Dutchtown’s legacy make her the perfect leader to inspire this year’s Lady Bulldogs on the court.
Flag Football – Head Coach Jerry Pygeol
Coach Pygeol begins his first season leading the Bulldogs’ flag football program. With a focus on teamwork, fundamentals, and competition, he is ready to grow the sport and establish Dutchtown as a program to watch in the coming years.
Cross Country – Coach Wallace Corker
Coach Corker returns to lead the Bulldogs’ cross country program. With a steady commitment to training and development, he continues to push runners to new personal bests while building a culture of perseverance and determination.
Softball – Coach Adrian McLendon
Coach McLendon enters another season at the head of the softball program. Known for his focus on fundamentals and teamwork, he has built a culture of grit and competitiveness, preparing his athletes to battle every inning of the season.

Friday, September 26, 2025 – Our regional game against Banneker High School, now coached by former Dutchtown HS Coach
Friday, October 3, 2025 – Celebrate our annual Homecoming under the Friday-night lights as the Bulldogs host Newnan High School
Fall Sports Senior Night- Friday, October 24, 2025 – A special evening celebrating our fall-sport seniors across all teams.
ATHLETES TO WATCH
This fall, several Bulldogs are already making their mark as leaders on and off the field. On the gridiron, keep an eye on Kaiden Stanciel, a dynamic playmaker recognized in preseason watch lists for his defensive skills and leadership. On the volleyball court, Le'la Curry and Laila Placide stands out as a vocal leaders and relentless competitors, setting the tone for the Lady Bulldogs in every match. In softball, Logan Blandenburg and Armani Davis bring consistency and power at the plate, while in cross country, Savannah Callaway is leading the pack with determination and strong finishes.
ACADEMIC & LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT
Senior leader Camille Branch is a true example of what it means to be a Dutchtown Bulldog, excelling both in the classroom and as a student leader. As Student Government President and an at-large member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council at both the school and district levels, Camille uses her voice to advocate for her peers and strengthen the connection between academics, athletics, and leadership. Camille also serves as one of the captains for the Varsity Cheer team. Her commitment to service, integrity, and excellence makes her a role model for all Bulldogs and a shining example of the well-rounded student-athlete we strive to develop at Dutchtown High School.
