The appropriate level of care is determined based on physician recommendations and a clinical nursing assessment conducted at the time of admission. Levels of care may be adjusted as client needs change to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective services.

Once the number of care hours has been collaboratively determined based on client and family needs, an initial deposit is required in order to receive an approved Start of Care (SOC) date. (For Private Paying customers Only)
The deposit consists of:
Two (2) weeks of scheduled care
