Yes. Minimum service hours are required to ensure consistency, safety, and appropriate caregiver support. Details are discussed during the initial consultation.
Yes. An initial deposit is required prior to issuing a Start of Care (SOC) date. The deposit includes two weeks of scheduled care plus a $150 RN intake and assessment fee.
The RN assessment evaluates safety, functional needs, mobility, medications (if applicable), care goals, and support requirements to ensure services are appropriate before care begins.
At this time, services are provided on a private-pay basis. We are transparent about pricing so families can plan confidently.
Caregivers are employees of Heart at Home Care Services LLC and are supervised in accordance with agency policies and South Carolina requirements.
We make every reasonable effort to arrange coverage and communicate promptly with families if a scheduling change occurs.
Private-pay services are billed in advance. The initial deposit is applied to the first two weeks of care. Ongoing *payment schedules are reviewed during intake.

Yes. Services may be adjusted as needs change, subject to availability and updated care planning.
All services are provided under Registered Nurse oversight, with ongoing review and coordination as needed.
Caregivers are screened, oriented, and trained in accordance with South Carolina requirements and agency policies.
Care is provided based on assessed needs and staffing availability. Continuous 24/7 care may not always be available.
