if the media player has not been updated for some time (new songs and playlists), it plays a so-called "emergency playlist" containing only a handful of random songs

these songs are played in repetition and do not fit together (you will recognize it)

those random songs are to remind you to take action

the reason for that emergency playlist is that the regular playlist ran out because it has not been updated for some time

It is very important to bring the device back online to ensure that it can load the updates
