Offline?
An online connection has to be ensured to provide regular updates (music and playlists).
If for any reason the device is not online, please follow the instructions below
step by step, until the problem is solved.
The network cable has to be plugged into one of the network sockets of the player and working (blinking lights)
no lights mean "dead cable", not connected to a network
EU: It is preferred that you use port 34 of the CISCO Switch
(otherwise a port in the range 25 -34) as shown in the picture
France: It is preferred that you use port 34 of the CISCO Switch
(otherwise a port in the range 33 -36) as shown in the picture
PNA: any port (talk to your IT if you run into problems)
