Troubleshooting
No Music?
If for any reason the music is not playing, please follow the instructions below
step by step, until the problem is solved:
The white indicator light on the front panel should be on
Try a re-start of the device
The amplifier should be turned on
check the indicator light on the amplifier

the selected input channel or music source should correspond to the plugged input on the backside of the amplifier (AUX, Input A, Line 1, ...)
Try to select other channels/sources

it often happens that somebody turned down the volume and
forgot to set it back
if you mark the ideal position of the volume,
you can make sure it's not too loud or silent
it happens that the audio plug at the music player is pulled out
make sure the audio cable is plugged in the headphone port

Music is playing > the problem lies with the music system (Amplifier), please check Points 2, 3, 4 again
you can't hear music with the headphones? > the music player has a problem, please let us know immediately
